It is framing the ringcity in a even larger perspective, looking at the entire öresund as one regional metropol competitive with other metropols around the world.
There is a lot of interesting suggestions, for a short resumé you can read the judges report on the link above. Besides the resumé, there is some interesting views on our role as planners. For full format there is 15 projects in on the page (I am affraid they are all in danish or swedish, but for the non-danish speaking you can google translate them)
